Megan posted an after-run picture in which she thinks she looks bad. I figured I'd post mine as a show of solidarity.
This is how red I get when I run. And I don't even run that hard yet! I just thought I would share this in case anyone things they look funny after they run -- you're not the only one. I guess I should be grateful, because when people see me, they probably think "Wow, she must have worked out so hard!!!"

I tend to get really gross when I work out. In ayurveda I'm a true-blue pitta, and I bet you are, too.
You mentioned something about that in a blog post that intrigued me, but I never looked into it. That tells you which foods should be best for you, right?
It's another system of balance, so it focuses on food, yes, but it's more than that. I was completely skeptical until I had to study it for school - I had to find out what I am and apply the balancing practices to my life and then write a gargantuan paper about it. I was honestly blown away by how accurate it was and how much better I felt, about everything, when I followed the directions for my "type." (I should do a post about this.) You can do the test here:

I took the quiz and pitta was my lowest! But maybe it can change frequently. A lot of the questions could be answered entirely differently if I actually went to bed occasionally!
